Delete your account

You can delete your Unlimit SioS account — the app operated by Unlimit Group A/S — at any time. This page explains how and what happens, as required by the App Store and Google Play.
How to delete your account
- Open the Unlimit SioS app and sign in.
- Tap More.
- Go to Profile.
- Choose Delete Account.
- Confirm. If your account has a password, you will be asked for it; accounts that sign in with MitID only are not.
If you cannot sign in, call +45 25 61 66 55 and we will handle the request for you after confirming your identity.
Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. There is no grace
period and the account cannot be restored. Ask for a copy of your data first
if you want one.
What is deleted
- Your name, email address, telephone number, address and date of birth.
- Your profile picture.
- Your photograph and the face template made from it, including the copy held by AWS Rekognition.
- Your shop entry and exit records.
- The email address and telephone number held against past receipts.
- Your loyalty points balance.
What is kept
Records of your purchases are kept for five years, because Danish bookkeeping law (bogforingsloven §12) requires it and GDPR Article 17(3)(b) permits it. They are no longer linked to you by name, email address or telephone number — what remains is the transaction itself.
